In the fall of 2016 I made the decision that my son needed coaching that I was not capable of providing. I talked to numerous coaches and he tried out for several programs.  I asked questions of people whose opinions I trusted in the baseball community before deciding on a coach for my son.  Trusting my son with Coach D is one of the best decisions I have made in my life.  That may sound like a grandiose statement, but the truth is I love my son and my son loves baseball.  His development has been a sheer pleasure to watch. The details of the game that my son knows today at 10 are amazing.  I was once asked by a High School coach in the area how I was able to get Coach Josenberger for Spencer.  My response was, "I am blessed, I guess!.”

Coach D has been working with my son for close to a year now and has made a huge difference in his confidence at the plate, his mental approach and his hitting ability.  When he first started working with him, Coach D did not attempt to overhaul his swing and mechanics completely, he worked with the basics that my son was comfortable with and adapted from there.  He clearly has the ability and knowledge to develop the skills of any player at any level.
